As a Senior Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans for Shure's cloud architecture and software solutions.
You will collaborate closely with architects, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the successful development and delivery of innovative products.
ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Shure's cloud architecture and software solutions, following Agile methodologies and leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable product features and specifications, ensuring seamless integration with the cloud platform.
Lead and guide product development initiatives, prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently, focusing on cloud platform, network, security, and infrastructure enhancements.
Work closely with the engineering team to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations.
Act as a subject matter expert in cloud platforms, network architecture, security practices, and infrastructure optimization, contributing to the establishment and improvement of DevOps processes.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market plans and ensure successful product launches, focusing on device management, license management, user management, security, identity authentication, roles and permissions, analytics, and data management.
Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth, recommending enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Drive the transformation process by implementing process improvements, transitioning the company from a hardware-centric organization to a software-centric one, leveraging industry best practices and methodologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cloud architecture, software development, Agile methodologies, SAFe practices, and DevOps principles.
QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in software and cloud-based product development.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SAFe practices, DevOps principles, cloud architectures (such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and software development methodologies.
Proven experience working with architects and engineering teams, translating technical requirements into product features and specifications.
Demonstrated success in launching software products and driving their adoption in the market.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Previous experience in a hardware-focused organization transitioning to software and cloud solutions is highly desirable.
Knowledge of the professional audio industry or related fields is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
