Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst familiar with Power Platform to join our growing IT Department.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for working with business owners of various systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement using best practices, gathering requirements, specifying functionality to developers, testing and obtaining end user acceptance criteria.
Work will include all phases of the project delivery lifecycle including support.
Examples of systems are Microsoft Navision (ERP), Formulator (Formulation System), Salesforce (CRM), Wrike (Project management) and PowerBI (Reporting).
Key projects coming in the new year include working with clients to advise and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions, helping clients with their wider digital transformation and RESPONSIBILITIESWork with Business Owners and Development to define and document business rules for systems development and/or implementation.
Facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders and users, work as the liaison with upstream as well as downstream teams and systems.
Effectively communicate changes in technical components and requirements of an initiative to all stakeholders.
Evaluate, develop, and maintain business processes, analyze workflows and data, and build process diagrams.
Work as the BA within project teams to deliver major enhancements and new systems.
Assist Project Manager in project related tasksTest new functionalityLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans, identifying, and tracking defects.
Provide hands on tier 2 support to end users when neededAnalyze, define, test and deliver analytical capabilities and reportsQUALIFICATIONS3-6 years working as a Business AnalystERP (e.

Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) configuration, master data setup, data structure knowledge and SQL query experience, Microsoft ERP preferredExperience working with clients to advise and implement Microsoft Power Platform solutions, helping clients with their wider digital transformation preferredExperience in the Microsoft Power Platform, e.

PowerApps, Power Automate desired.
Experience in the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise-scale apps.
Communication, small project coordination and change management skills with successful experience introducing new capabilities to the organizationStrong analytical skills, exceptional planning, and organizational skillsExperience documenting and diagraming current processesAbility to analyze data using excel, BI tools etc.
Manufacturing industry experience, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and Food & Beverage is a plusProficiency in English; Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal and relationship building skillsEnergy and drive to excelInitiative and ability to proactively see projects to full completionCapacity to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously without compromising qualityWilling to learn new systems and be hands-onBachelor's degree in related business or technical major I consent to be contacted over SMS/Text for this job.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
