We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our team.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientations - Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) - Provide support in talent management initiatives such as performance management, employee development, and succession planning - Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate training programs - Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures - Conduct data collection and analysis to assist with HR reporting requirements - Assist with change management initiatives within the organization - Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field, required - Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR strongly preferred - Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws - Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.
g.
