Responsibilities:
-Train inspectors and operators on inspection techniques as directed by the department manager
-Perform Process Capability Studies as directed by department manager
-Perform PPAP Certifications
-Work with other departments to achieve company goals as directed by department manager
-Learn, operate and program OGP (CMM/Vision system)
-Assist in developing inspection methods
-Inspect a variety of parts to ensure conformance with print specifications and quality standards
-Calibrate assigned measuring instruments as required by Company policy
-Perform 1st Pc, In-Process, and Final Inspections
Job Prerequisites:
-Proficient in the follow instruments: Micrometer, Caliper, Plug/Pin/Thread Gages, Feeler Gages
-Strong knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control), and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerencing)
-Strong knowledge of blue print interpretation
-Can use Vision Systems/Comparators to measure parts
-Has performed 1st Pc, In-Process, and Final Inspections
-Has performed Gage Calibration
-Can assist with generating work instructions as directed by department manager
Other:
-Strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Word/Excel
-Strong math/communication/problem-solving skills, works well in a team environmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
